Q: Why can’t I add expenses to the main consigner?

A: There are two things that may prevent you from adding expenses. First, If you have already settled someone’s invoice AuctioneerEasy will not allow you to add or subtract anything to them unless you unsettle their invoice. Second, the auction must be saved before expenses can be charged.

Q: Do I need to delete customers that do not come to my auctions regularly?

A: No, your customer may come back for another auction and you would have to recreate them. AuctioneerEasy has been tested with over 3000 customers in the data base and no problems have been found.

Q: How do I purchase and register my copy of AuctioneerEasy?

A: Start the program and click on Help move down to registration and click.

After the registration window opens press the F1 key on the keyboard. This will open the help file to the information you need.

Q: I have added a new lot but the apply button is not available why?

A: You must assign a consigner to the lot before it can be saved.
